What does this information mean?

1. Steal the militia's shift schedule from a bulletin board ( 150, -7, 139 ) /waypoint 150, -7, 139 on the second floor of the Freeport Militia House in West Freeport at night or a guard will spawn and attack you.
2. Exchange the schedule for a forged one from Juturna Postumus in Longshadow Alley ( -44, -3, -38 ) /waypoint -44, -3, -38
3. Go back to the Militia House in West Freeport to exchange the real schedule with the forged one but remember that a guard will spawn if you attempt it during the day.
4. Return to Mehina.
