What does this information mean?

Steps Edit

1. Talk to Hwal Rucksif in The Keep of the Ardent Needle in Antonica.
2. Bring back the Dwarven Work Boots (received from the Heritage quest These Boots Were Made For...) and hail Hwal again.

   Note: these must not be the house item, they must be the wearable version.

   If you sold your boots, you can buy a new pair from the Shady Swashbuckler XVIII on the Nektulos Forest docks for the same price you sold yours for.
