StepsEdit

1. Recover illicit plans from a Bloodsaber fanatic.
   • Kill X'Loitl the Bloodsaber Fanatic (17^^^ heroic named with two 17 guards) in the Vermin's Snye. Note that this target is significantly harder than the quest level.
2. Return to Wesaelan

He tells to take the letter you found to Captain Eitoa (who can be found in Antonica, this is not specified). There is no quest to perform this step as the previous one completes with Wesaelen, Eitoa just gives you the next quest in the series.
