It's suggested that you turn off Flora in Options -> Display, as it makes it much easier to see the fireworks launchers.
2011: This quest only lasts through midnight Pacific time, July 4th.
The Summer Fireworks quests can be found in Gorowyn, Kelethin, Neriak, New Halas, Qeynos, and Freeport.

The local fireworks coordinator noticed that I have a festive sparkler, and asked if I would like to help set off some of the fireworks in the city.
- Light celebration fireworks in North Qeynos (0/10).
- These look like bottles that you can interact with by clicking on. They are found outside all over North Qeynos.
- Known locations include:

After you get all 10 the quest will automatically complete. The quest is repeatable.
