What does this information mean?
- Hanif, a Springview Healer, wants some help gathering medicinal supplies. Collect a number of items for Hanif:
- 2 mandibles from stone beetles, found mostly near The Forgotten: ( 172, -46, 262 ) /waypoint 172, -46, 262
- 2 riverbank mushrooms from the banks of Dog Trapper Lake ( 31, -50, -695 ) /waypoint 31, -50, -695
- 3 festering skins from scourge rats, found near the Wasp Mound ( -20, -49, 38 ) /waypoint -20, -49, 38
- Return to Hanif with the supplies.
- Administer the first 2 doses to 2 of the worst off here at the camp:
- Take the medicine Hanif mixes to Durio Caepo standing by the fire in the center of the camp.
- Take a dose of the medicine to Galla Lentulatent inside the southwestern-most tent.
- Go back to Hanif and tell him of the visions the lepers have been having.
- Hanif wishes to study this, but needs some material from Lucretias Domna. She can be found in Enlightenment Cemetery, southwest of the Ulteran Spires ( 113, -48, -195 ) /waypoint 113, -48, -195.
- Kill the nearby zombies for Lucretias to obtain 7 sinews.
- Return to Lucretias, who will hand over The Dissertation of Affliction and a piece of Pusling Flesh for Hanif.
- Return to Hanif with the Dissertation and Flesh to finish the quest.

It seems likely that this quest is an advance foreshadowing of the return of Bertoxxulous, the Plaguebringer.
