Clear all the adds in the room first. If one of the groups of adds is very close to the named, you will have to use 'soothe' on the Queen or pet pull the adds, as the named has a larger agro radius than the adds.
This named will put a Noxious DoT on the group that drains power fast. Have everyone in the group use cure noxious potions.
The named will go underground at 25% intervals. You will be warned by an onscreen message. Once underground, she will start chasing (random?) group members around the room, and must be avoided to prevent additional large damage. When she resurfaces you will get another onscreen message and can continue fighting.
