What does this information mean? According to the Quellithulians, extra-planar creatures have begun appearing in the areas around the Ulteran Spires, but not in the physical plane. Rather, they seem to exist mostly in an alternate plane that borders Norrath's. These creatures are disrupting the Spire's ethereal threads, making repair of the broken Ulteran Spires difficult. The Quellithulians have asked that I seek out these creatures using a special device, and destroy them.

Starting the Quest

• Talk to S'rin Valdim in Lavastorm by the Ulteran Spire at ( -389, -31, -568 ) Copy/waypoint -389, -31, -568
• Talk to Osiim Y'selada in Zek, the Orcish Wastes by the Ulteran Spire at ( -50, -33, 340 ) Copy/waypoint -50, -33, 340
• Talk to Dratha Vel'neep in Everfrost by the Ulteran Spire at ( 444, -35, -1334 ) Copy/waypoint 444, -35, -1334
• Talk to Saddor Ak'kaviz in Loping Plains by the Ulteran Spire at ( 55, 36, -313 ) Copy/waypoint 55, 36, -313

Steps

1. Destroy 9 extra-planar creatures using the Ulteran Displacer given to you by the Portal Warden. Look for the swirling portals from other quests. Click on the portal at close range to trigger the spawn.

2. Return to one of the 4 NPCs for your reward.
