What does this information mean?

StepsEdit

1. Take the teleport pad to Hall's Landing.
2. Attempt to move the stones at the X at ( -262, -19, 19 ) /waypoint -262, -19, 19. You will be teleported down onto a root, follow the root SE to the treasure and open the treasure chest.
3. Click the blue sparkles on the root to ride the updraft back then return to Bilgeron.
