1. Kill the following mobs at the Ry'Gorr Ruins ( -716, 200, 218 ) Copy/waypoint -716, 200, 218 or around it:
   • Defeat 8 Ry'Gorr grunts
   • Defeat 8 Ry'Gorr soldiers or Ry'Gorr thaumaturgists
   • Search Ry'Gorr supply crates, which can be found inside the Ruins ( -695, -365, 186 ) Copy/waypoint -695, -365, 186
2. Speak with Jelgith at ( 110, -345, -622 ) Copy/waypoint 110, -345, -622
3. Find a coldain scout
   • Speak with Scout Drevill at ( -749, 317, -0 ) Copy/waypoint -749, 317, -0.18
4. Kill Ry'Gorr winter scouts for clues of their plans. Note: you might need to kill many Winter Scouts to get your update, and you do not get a message saying "update not found" when you kill them, so keep killing until you get your ding.
   • Can be found near and within the ruins
5. Speak with Scout Drevill ( -748, -317, 1 ) Copy/waypoint -748.04, -317.33, 0.89
6. Speak with Captain Icecleaver in Thurgadin at ( 838, -294, 336 ) Copy/waypoint 838.45, -294.13, 336.39
7. Speak with Jelgith at ( 110, -345, -622 ) Copy/waypoint 110, -345, -622in Great Divide
