This is the TSO Armor Set (Tier 2) for Shamans ( Defiler, Mystic ) that can be obtained via the Void Shard Mission System.
These pieces are available for vendor purchase from a mysterious Quellthulian, designated as the <Greater Shard Armor Merchant> in Moors of Ykesha at the Dropship Landing Zone ( 1680, 452, 894 ) /waypoint 1680, 452, 894 
. They can also be created by crafters.
This set is an upgrade of the TSO Armor Set (Tier 1): Spiritual Essence (Armor Set)
This armor set can be further upgraded to Fabled shard armor set (Tier 3): Void Spirits (Armor Set)
(08/05/2009-the Greater Bane Warding effect does not mention hate reduction, and is the 3-piece effect, not the 5-piece effect) The 5-piece set bonus effect, Greater Bane Warding, inflicts heat damage on an attacker anytime a ward absorbs any damage. The damage varies by warding spell: 886 from Ancient Aegis, 902 from Umbral Warding, and 918 from Oberon Barrier. The damage is not modified by the shaman's stats, but does respond to the spell crit stat of the warded target. The hate reduction stat does not show up, but probably works regardless.
