Found in Reliquary of the Drelok. During the fight she will periodically spawn 1 to 2 Prototype Dreloks (70-80^^). Does crushing and poision damage, hits like a train. As you keep fighting her if you do not kill the adds they seem to get larger and larger on the screen.
