Starting the QuestEdit

GM Events can start in any city or zone in the game. After a bit of roleplaying the guide will offer you the quest with the following Description text:

I met a gnome who is attempting to manufacture a better light source. He requested my assistance in gathering some of the harvest material he needs to tinker up his experimental recipe.
