1. Kill 10 drowned footsoldiers
   • All other drowned skeletons in the Dead River Basin appear to be placeholders for this mob.
   • Most drowned footsoldiers have been seen roughly around ( 1181, -24, 1052 ) /waypoint 1181, -24, 1052
   • The most efficient method is probably to travel back and forth between ( 19, -21, -270 ) /waypoint 19, -21, -270 and ( 422, -13, 27 ) /waypoint 422, -13, 27, killing all "drowned" skeletons.
   • It's a level 22 Quest, but most mobs are 22-25, and hit pretty hard whe youre lvl 22. Also quite a few elites kicking around!
