[edit] Steps

1. Find Hrodryr in the hollow tree north of the Lakeshore Ruins at ( 637, 22, -352 ) /waypoint 637, 22, -352. Hail him and finish the conversation.
2. From your inventory, right mouse click and "Use" the Homing Beacon that was given to you by Borbin Happens at the beginning of the quest.
3. Return to Borbin Happens at the docks.
