1. Talk to the Muse and choose Prosperity.
2. All 3 mobs are in the Citadel:
   • The first is the cat (a shimmering guardian) that wanders around the courtyard near the Muse tower.
   • The silent bones dirges and troubadours are located on the bottom floor of the zone below the zone in.
   • An Aravu watchmistress - bottom level ( -8, 81, 89 ) /waypoint -8.00, 81.00, 89.00
3. Return to the Muse for your reward.

• Slippers of Arcane Fervor
• Tome of Holy Affinity
• Staff of the Celestial Warden
