you must first get a deed first and then travel to the location and "buy" it for zero coin.
it has no recurring upkeep ("rent") of any kind.
you can get a portal to place in other homes or (if you have access) your guild hall
you can travel to it quickly if you already own it; press C to open the character sheet, click the Housing tab, locate the house on the list and click the Enter button

About This House[]

Mistmoore Crags Estate is a replica of Castle Mistmoore. A smaller house with a similar look, Freeblood Lair, is only avialble to those who have unlocked the Freeblood character race

This is a spacious 5 room home with a balcony, 6 vault slots and no upkeep cost. The deed to this home is a blood-written contract. It was introduced in GU58 on October 12, 2010 as a 7-year Veteran Reward. It can now also be purchased from a Loyalty Merchant for 30 Loyalty Point Tokens. Though you can purchase additional contracts for this house it is still only one per character.

The home can be accessed from either South Qeynos ( 735, -20, 199 ) Copy/waypoint 735, -20, 199 or South Freeport ( -112, -18, 270 ) Copy/waypoint -112, -18, 270 .
