What does this information mean?

1. You are given Spockbok's Crate Full of Constructs.
2. Find the First Bank of Sebilis.
   • Go to the left as you enter the Sebilis' foyer and make your way to the First Bank of Sebilis (when you get to the Mercantile District, head right and up the stairs). You actually have to discover the Bank first. The actual discovery is outside the Bank around ( -161, 0, 212 ) /waypoint -161, 0, 212.
3. Once you discover the location of the bank, enter the First Bank of Sebilis ( -173, 0, 188 ) /waypoint -173, 0, 188 and use the Spockbok's Crate Full of Constructs to create mayhem.
   • It is recommended to clear a portion of the room before trying to release the constructs. The item has a long cast time and is interruptable.
4. Return to Sprockbok.
