What does this information mean?

Steps

1. Kill obol soulwings and gather Ethernere Mushrooms around ( 425, 77, -139 ) Copy/waypoint 425, 77, -139. Make sure you loot the body dropped Ether bat meat from the soulwings.
   • Do NOT harvest the mushrooms in group. They update the quest for all, but only the person harvesting gets the mushroom, so you will have to delete and restart.
2. Put the mushrooms into the meat by examining the mushroom item in your inventory. You receive Tainted Bat Meat

   

3. Return to Deema.
4. Place the meat on a little stone at ( -5, 62, 170 ) Copy/waypoint -5, 62, 170
5. Hide at ( -3, 63, 148 ) Copy/waypoint -3, 63, 148 (The correct place to hide is RIGHT against the tree north of the little stone) and wait for your prey to eat it. You do this a couple of times.
6. Bring the dazed feral lujien to Deema in a little cove at ( 172, 88, 96 ) Copy/waypoint 172, 88, 96 so she can be bitten.
7. Kill the a hungry feral lujien.
8. Speak to Deema to complete the quest.
