Target Enemy Power 7 Casting 2.0 seconds Recast 30.0 seconds Duration 5.5 seconds Range Up to 25.0 meters Critical Multiplier 1.3 Level 2 Mastery Subjugation Effects Stuns target Applies Unnerving Focus on termination. Inflicts X-Y mental damage on target Requires not being affected by mesmerize effects. Epic targets gain an immunity to Stun effects of 16.5 seconds and duration is reduced to 1.8 seconds. Resistibility increases against targets higher than level 22.
