Lyrical Chain Coif Lyrical Chain Spaulders Lyrical Chain Hauberk Lyrical Chain Gloves Lyrical Chain Leggings Lyrical Chain Boots (2) +10 int +10 agi (3) Applies Lyricist's Lilt. On any successful attack this spell has a chance to cast Lyricist's Lilt on the group. Lasts for 10.0 seconds. This effect will trigger an average of 1.8 times per minute. Increases Spell and Combat Art damage of group members by 80. Increases STR and INT of group members by 50 (5) Applies Mistarget. On any successful attack this spell has a chance to cast Mistarget on target of attack. Lasts for 5.0 seconds. This effect will trigger an average of 1.8 times per minute. Target will have their chance to hit with a weapon lowered by 3.0%

This is the TSO Armor Set (Tier 1) for: Bards ( Dirge, Troubador ) that can be obtained via the Void Shard Mission System. .

These pieces are available for vendor purchase from a mysterious Quellthulian, designated as the <Shard Armor Merchant> in Moors of Ykesha at the Dropship Landing Zone ( 1680, 452, 894 ) /waypoint 1680, 452, 894 . They can also be created by crafters.

Once purchased, this armor can subsequently be upgraded to the TSO Armor Set (Tier 2): Subtle Harmony (Armor Set)
