Starting the Quest

Most Lore and Legend Quests begin with a book. Find the book, Mayong's Cruelty: the Drachnids, using the location information above. Next, read the book, Mayong's Cruelty: the Drachnids, flip through all the pages, and accept the quest. Once you have accepted the quest you may place the book in your house. You do not need the book to progress the quest.

Steps

• Find the following auto-updating pieces by killing Drachnid in any zone:
  • a drachnid blood, a drachnid carapace, a drachnid hair
• Find and examine the following tradeable pieces obtained by looting Drachnid in any zone, or buying them from other players
  • a drachnid hand, a drachnid leg, a drachnid head, a drachnid spinneret, a drachnid silk

Rewards

• Trophy: Drachnid Claw Piercer
• Experience
• Your Master's Strike, Master's Smite, Master's Rage, or Sinister Strike will now affect Drachnid.
