Pet pull Vyemm to the hallway all the way back at the bottom of the stairs (a rather long pull). The raid group should wait behind the door at the top of the stairs to avoid the frontal AOE on pull. Healers should wait at the bottom of the stairs. The MT waits in the area at the bottom of the stairs to taunt Vyemm while Alzid is distracted. (The goal is to get Alzid to reset after the summoner has run up the stairs, but keep Vyemm with you.) Turn Vyemm to be perpendicular to the hallway. Once properly turned, send in the forces to rush his side. Everyone needs to fight from his belly. He will move you around during the fight, so stay with him and don't get in front or behind him.
