To spawn him you must click on his coffin.

During the fight Sasil is invulnerable but will nonetheless attack you. Have your tank focus on keeping aggro on Sasil while the rest of the group focuses on the coffins in the back. The entire group should select the same coffin, destroy it, then kill the body part add that spawns. Repeat this for the remaining coffins, after which Sasil will lose his stoneskin. WARNING: Lord Sasil has been known to bug occasionaly. In order to reduce the risks of bugs, burn down the body parts in the order you spawn them, and avoid spawning more than one body part at a time.
