What does this information mean?

1. Talk to Migo ( -317.54, 12.45, -37.31)in Loping Plains. Repeatedly buy him water from the bartender until he begins a conversation with you.
2. Talk to Casey in South Qeynos Lions Mane Inn.
3. Speak to Relgineld in Butcherblock Mountains at ( 256, 180, 300 ) /waypoint 256, 180, 300 up on a ledge requiring 2 climbs.
4. Examine a blue bottle on the table near Relgineld.
5. Go to Neriak, City of Hate and buy 3 Innoruuk's Tear poison vials at 30g each from exotic poison vendor at ( 85, 24, 108 ) /waypoint 85, 24, 108. Each poison has a 30 min reuse timer on it so be prepared to have an affliction that causes a decrease of 100 str/sta, vision blurred, and a slow of 25% for 30 min. You may confront Relgineld after taking the third vial of Innoruuk's Tear but before the effects wear off.
6. Next go see Migo in the Loping Plains and tell him of the 6 toed man.
7. Go see Casey in SQ with the news of where the wedding is going to be held (Felwithe).
8. Go crash the wedding. Make sure to bring a group! To get into the zone, speak to Relgineld just outside of the Greater Faydark entrance to New Tunaria, and he will zone your group into the wedding. The zone is all 83^^^ / 84^^^ heroics. In order to complete this step you need to kill Count Kalgin and Prince Delhin (doesn't matter which one first) and after having done so, Casey and Migo will spawn where the names were.
   • Note: If you clear the area of mobs, you can talk to them right there and get your next step completed within the instance. If you pet pull the names to avoid the otherwise significant amount of fighting you will need to do, Casey and Migo will be killed by the surrounding mobs and you will need to go talk to them in SQ and LP respectively to get the next update.
9. If you pet pulled the names in the wedding instance or did not talk to Casey and Migo, return to speak with them in SQ and LP.

This quest is part of the Swashbuckler Epic Weapon Timeline, and can only be started/completed by a member of that class of at least Level 80.
