1. Sergeant Daimyo sends you to Longshadow Alley (use bells by harbor to travel within freeport) to eliminate street toughs. They can be found in two locations, ( -44, 0, -23 ) /waypoint -44, 0, -23 and ( 37, 0, 8 ) /waypoint 37, 0, 8.
2. Return to Sergeant Daimyo and he will give you the next quest.

You only have to kill two for the quest and the respawn rates are very quick.

To get to the longshadow alley, you have to go through "thieves way" and then go through the Longshadow entrance. The coords are good
