Head to the Wu camp by BB zone in. ( 815, 136, -462 ) /waypoint 815, 136, -462 Go up the hill to the arena, where a light forms in the center.
Right click on the light and inspect. Four monks will spawn at the corners, only one is targetable (non - aggro ).
Defeat all the monks when they become targetable to spawn the main mob. All are 60^^^ heroics. Each of these monks are based on an element, and have differing damage.
