What does this information mean?

1. Search for signs of the invader's supply camp at ( 456, 19, -448 ) /waypoint 456, 19, -448 by talking to Borr Iskoph.
2. After hailing him and going through his dialogue, he will become a level 78 ^ solo mob that is attackable.
   • You must kill him in order move forward.
3. Once he is dead, then harvest the note inside his tent (look to the left if facing the tent head on or look at ( 462, 19, -447 ) /waypoint 462, 19, -447.
4. Return to Zixka Slizzis at the Upper Command Camp.
