What does this information mean?

StepsEdit

1. Go to Laelium Filmalilium's apartment in Starcrest Commune at ( 775, -20, 272 ) /waypoint 775, -20, 272. At level 80 the guards are grey.
2. Hail Shard of Subjugation. It finishes what it started before you went in the apartment, which is killing guards.
3. Hail Shard of Subjugation again. It merges with Leandre. Kill Laelium. Merge with shard again.
4. Use an incandescent wand and speak with Leandre.

This quest is part of the Coercer Epic Weapon Timeline, and can only be started/completed by a member of that class of at least Level 80.
