What does this information mean?

1. Slay a number of sentient mobs. Nearby goblins across the river works good from where you received the quest. The quests does let you know you are making progress via a private tell from Leandre to yourself, so keep asking her if you are done.
2. Speak to Leandre by using the an incandescent wand or by targeting yourself and hail (press H by default)
