What does this information mean?

Note Edit

• Ratonga automatically learn the language CONFIRMED (Select the option that tells the NPC that the language sounds similar to Ratonga) after speaking to Roosey, but can still receive the quest.
• This language is required to complete The Stormhammer Quest.
• This language is needed later for Fens of Nathsar quests.
• This language is needed later for Risty's Lucky String HQ.
• You may NOT get the quest until you are level 28.
• Even though the /wa will tell you the actual point is off the map, be assured that your quest giver is at the Gnomeland Security Headquarters where most of the other buildings are - this one is the one in the very back of the area.
• You will need to examine the items to update the quest.

StepsEdit

1. Find and examine 15 Deepearth runes. These are fairly rare no-trade corpse drops from all Kobolds and Bugbears. NOTE: These no longer drop unless you have the quest.
   • Kobolds can be found in Butcherblock Mountains and Steamfont Mountains. (kobolds are also in Kaladim)
   • Bugbears can be found in Butcherblock Mountains and Kaladim.
   • They drop fairly quickly from the Cliff Defenders ring event in Kaladim.
2. Return to Lingualogian Roosey to learn the Serilian language.
