Lambent Balanced Ayr Stone FABLED This item can be used to adorn a Slashing or Fist Weapon. Adds the following to an item: Lambent Balanced Ubiquity   Level 50   Effects: When Equipped: Caster will riposte 1.0% of incoming frontal attacks. Attacks from other quadrants have the same chance of being parried.

Obtain: Crafted by a Transmuter using a recipe from Enigma of Transmuting Advanced Volume 6.
