What does this information mean?

[edit] Starting the Quest

• Must have completed the quest Improving Relations with the Locals. You only need to have begun Improving Relations With the Locals, and spoken to Zhen-hao Nurwin. After that you will be offered this quest by Kim Nurwin on the other side of the same building. But if you've never done Improving Relations, why not go ahead and finish it first?
• Prerequisite: T6 Harvesting Skills (240).
• Prerequisite: Lvl 50+ Woodworker

1. Harvest wood planks to the northwest of the house at ( -159, 7.5, -187.5 ) /waypoint -159, 7.5, -187.5
2. Go into the Mystic River to the South.
3. Go to Mara Beach. Anywhere along the beach will do.
4. Harvest quartz to the east at ( -239.5, -1.5, -65.5 ) /waypoint -239.5, -1.5, -65.5
5. Purchase sandpaper from home zone or from brokers.
6. Go to East part of Courtyard of Hope and examine urn at ( -12, 15, -103 ) /waypoint -12, 15, -103
7. Go back to Kim Nurwin. ( -174, 7, -176 ) /waypoint -174, 7, -176
