This is an introductory quest, to show you the nearby areas of Sinking Sands where you will find more quests.

1. Ask Kallon Ebbtide ( -1491.64, -215.35, -400.20 ) /waypoint -1491.64, -215.35, -400.20 to tell you a story.
2. Speak to Jaza at the north croc hunter camp ( -1340, -227, -600 ) /waypoint -1340, -227, -600. He will despawn.
3. Go to the bottom of the desert ramp, past the south croc hunter camp. Jaza has spawned next to the nearest tree. ( -1140, -212, -235 ) /waypoint -1140, -212, -235
   • Note: if you cannot see him there, this is just a graphical bug. Try looking at the tree from various angles and distances.
4. Speak to Jaza at the tree.
5. After a few moments, four bandits will run up from the south and attack you. They are level 45. Kill them.
   • Note: The bandits are mis-labelled as heroic. Actually, three are double down-arrows and one is a single down arrow and very easy for their level. However, some classes may struggle to defeat them due to their ability which makes you not able to cast for a short amount of time. If you end up dying after killing one or two, go back and kill the rest they do not respawn right away.
6. Speak to Jaza at the tree again to get a quest update.
7. Return to Kallon for your reward.
