What does this information mean?

Completely range this fight; he's rooted to the floor and has a nasty elemental-based AoE (Mutant strike) that does more damage the closer you are to him. Carry Elemental cure potions to clear the elemental dot that is left over.
Healing automatically pulls aggro 100%, and he hits you with mega ranged nuke.
Apparently you can try curing his elemental AOE, which may stop him from auto-targeting healers.
For people who are too impatient and want to kill this mob asap: Fighters and scouts may be able to fight right by him, but keep in mind there will be lots of damage taken in the process. It is a good idea to have healers with you but keep them back towards the tables/bookshelves. When Ka'El emotes something along the lines of, "I unleash the power within!" or "Fear the ultimate weapon!" immediately back away to the tables and switch to ranged mode. Do NOT touch the white orbs circling around him at this time as they insta-death. Once the orbs are gone you will be able to fight him again until he summons them back. Rinse and repeat.
