What does this information mean?

After killing an ice maiden you notice that the feathers adorning her lithe wings are soft and downy. The feathers would make a rather comfortable pillow. Perhaps if you collected enough to fill a sack you could trade the bulk lot to an interested party.

1. You should pluck 20 feathers off of ice maidens. These are one-per-person chest drops from ice maiden encounters in the zone.
2. Turn in is Kaan Frostfoot ( 70, 20, -114 ) /waypoint 70, 19.5, -114
