1. Head to New Tunaria and kill a linked lvl 65^^^ and 65^^ shambling overgrowths (auto-spawn just after you enter the Felwithe gates - may already be up) and loot plant food from the chest.
2. Examine the plant food .
3. Hail Elia Redleaf <Horticulturist> in Kelethin. ( 148, 111, 117 ) /waypoint 148, 111, 117
