What does this information mean?

Gathering skill of at least 240.
- Zone into to the Tower of the Moon in Maj'Dul and find the clickable book. The book will be in a random location, observed locations include:
- ( -1, 27, -2 ) /waypoint -1, 27, -2
- ( -4, 15, -1 ) /waypoint -4, 15, -1
- Exit the Tower of the Moon and talk to Copier Fuazi ( -207, 160, -72 ) /waypoint -207, 160, -72 and tell him you need a book copied for the Court of Truth. He will send you out to fetch supplies.
- The supplies are 10 pieces of Darjeeling tea leaf, a Tier 6 harvestable from bushes. They must be harvested to get updates, not bought from broker or traded.
- Return to Copier Fuazi. Give him the Darjeeling tea leafs and you will get an update to the quest.
- Return to Muyassar Zuhur in the Court of Truth for reward.
