Innoruuk is allied with Rallos Zek and Cazic-Thule, and the enemy of Quellious, Mithaniel Marr, and Erollisi Marr. Followers of Innoruuk, the Prince of Hate, include nearly the entire dark elven race who regard him as their "Father". They believe that hate is a creative force, or rather "THE" creative force in the universe - creativity born of destruction. Love and kindness are tools for those too ignorant to know what they want or too cowardly to do what is necessary to obtain it. They believe that it is only through the total disdain of your enemies that you can gain true power over them. Pity and mercy have no power when confronted with contempt and viciousness. It is the honest belief of the followers of Innoruuk that if they were to hate strongly enough, they could destroy all of Norrath. [Source]

Malice of the Dark God	1000	On a successful attack this spell will increase threat to target by 100. 10 minute duration, 1 hour reuse.
Dark Whispers	1125	Increases the damage, heal and duration of all divine and mental spells by 10%. 10 minute duration, 1 hour reuse.
Strife's Curse	1250	On a successful hostile spell this spell will decrease power of target by 215 and increase power of caster by 178. 10 minute duration, 1 hour reuse.

Tendrils of Hate	1125	Summons a limited pet to aid the caster. 1 minute duration, 1 hour reuse.
Lure of Innoruuk	1312	Charms target. Applies Innoruuk's Hate on termination (Inflicts 4298-6447 heat damage on target encounter, Decreases power of target encounter by 430-645). Does not affect Epic targets. 12 second duration, 1 hour reuse.
Malevolent Wail	1500	Mesmerizes target. Applies Rupture on termination {Inflicts 5587-8381 heat damage on target, Decreases power of target by 1289-1934, Dispellled when target takes any damage). Epic targets gain an immunity to mesmerize effects of 1 minute 12 seconds and duration is reduced to 8.0 seconds. Resistability increases against targets higher than level 90.
Vengeance's Decree	1687	When target dies this spell will cast Seething Vengeance on caster. Lasts for 10.0 seconds. Caster will double attack on 15.0% of melee attacks. Increases attack speed of caster by 15.0. Increases melee crit chance of caster by 15.0%. Increases casting speed of caster by 50%. Applies Vengeance's Departure on termination. Heals caster for 100% of max health. Decreases threat priority of target by 24 positions. Heals caster for 25% of max health. Wards caster against 10000 points of all damage. Increases damage spell crit chance of caster by 25%. Increases damage per second of caster by 50. Grants a total of 1 triggers of the spell. Duration 1 minute, reuse 1 hour.
Maestro's Song	1875	Inflicts 2149-3223 divine damage on target. Inflicts 860-1289 divine damage on target every 2 seconds. Heals group members for 712-1068. Heals group members for 356-534 every 2 seconds. Duration 12.0 seconds, reuse 1 hour.
