- Spawned by slaying the shadow animuses that spawn from portals that appear all over the zone.
- In order to see the shadow animuses, you must loot a skull with horns on one of the librarian platforms in Repugnance's Rectory or near Wrath's Anvil, then use the charm.
- Every 25%, Igidishi will shape-shift into an animal form.
- There will be small animal totems that spawn in the areas with dirt, roots and trees around the Basilica of Hate. The totems are trackable.
- Click the totem that represents the same animal as Igidishi's form. Clicking the wrong totem will spawn a 117^^^ x4 raging animus. Taking too long to get to the totem allows animus tangles to spawn and heal Igidishi.
