[edit] Steps

  1. Mine 10 kunzite clusters from within Kunzar Jungle. This can be bought from the Broker as well
  2. Kill a Torsis spectre until you get a Toris spectre essence.
  3. I should construct the false phylactery with the materials I have gathered. Scribe the recipe (Level 9) in your inventory and go to a Work Bench. You will need:
    1. 1 Toris spectre essence dropped in step 2,
    2. 10 rough kunzite you harvested or purchased earlier,
    3. 2 pristine deklium bangles (crafted or purchased), and
    4. 5 coal to craft "a false phylactery."
  4. Return to Skulker Slythe.
