What does this information mean?

This is the first quest in the series to change your citizenship from Kelethin to Qeynos. You need to be level 10 to start this quest.

[edit] Steps

1. Pick up 30 pieces of trash along the Antonican Highway in Antonica, starting from the gate.
   • These show up as piles of garbage on the road itself. The further out from Qeynos you get the more trash you find in each pile.
   • The highway starts from the Qeynos gates, so don't use the mariner's bell to go to Antonica docks.
2. When you get your 30 return to Duryo Valstath.
