What does this information mean?

• Assistant Vihl asks to bring him some items. They are:
  • At least six skins of Kunarkian tuskers
  • At least four feathers of Nathsar stonebeaks
  • At least six skins of sabretooth scufflers
• All these items are autoupdates from the mobs wandering around a bit farther down the road.
• After you get all the items return to Assistant Vihl to get your reward.
