What does this information mean?

• Assistant Vihl asks to bring him some items. They are:
  • 6 skins of Kunarkian tuskers
  • 6 feathers of Nathsar stonebeaks
  • 4 skins of sabretooth scufflers
• All these items are autoupdates from the mobs wandering around a bit farther the road.
• After you get all the items return to Assistant Vihl to get your reward.
