Purpose[]

Sapphire Gate was designed for people who wanted to add a little more role play to their online experience. Though the guild still functions normally (gain status, group for quests, help newcomers, mutual support, guild bank, etc.) we enjoy role playing together (pretending to be our characters).
This is not enforced in any specific way, nor is it constant, for we also chat like any group of friends. We do, however, have some interesting inter-character story lines developing, as well as a section of our website for players to submit their own short stories.

- Our webserver can be found at DragonTayl.com and includes forums with information on the guild itself, tips on role playing, and space for posting stories and other social threads.
- We have a Ventrilo server for our members (and guests) use.
- We have a thriving guild bank, generally stuffed to capacity with useful items.
- We are still a new guild, but growing fast. We like to help new members learn to play, and all members with their quests.
- We are forming an alliance with Celtic Legends with a focus on forming groups for questing and raids.
