Steps

1. Collect 15 large shore crab shells. (There are a lot near the quest giver for An Axe from the Past isle ( 1047, -20, 1089 ) Copy/waypoint 1047, -20, 1089).
2. Return to Tobias.
3. Collect an amount of High Quality Seafood. Suggest looking around coastal water at ( 1404, -9, 279 ) Copy/waypoint 1404.37, -8.84, 279.11 for a mob of fish. Several mobs should yield the crayfish. (Fishing is required, [70+ skill].)
4. Return to Tobias.
5. Visit the Shrine of the Sirens, west of Thundermist Valley ( 1481, -20, 239 ) Copy/waypoint 1481, -20, 239.
6. Return to Tobias.
