2. Return to Tobias.
3. Collect an amount of High Quality Seafood. (Fishing is required, [90+ skill].)
4. Return to Tobias.
5. Visit the Shrine of the Sirens, west of Thundermist Valley ( 1481, -20, 239 ) /waypoint 1481, -20, 239.
6. Return to Tobias.
