If you HAVE completed Restoring Ghoulbane Edit

See the quest Ghoulbane Empowered.

If you HAVE NOT completed Restoring Ghoulbane Edit

1. Speak to Gogas Afadin in Nektulos Forest in one of the Thexian camps by the tunnel to Darklight Wood at ( -1392, 25, -1399 ) /waypoint -1392, 25, -1399.
2. He will perform the empowerment ritual for you, but he needs you to:
   • obtain 1 Enchanted Azurite Capillary from an adorner (note that the quest still says "Transmuter", however that is incorrect).
     • collecting the Enchanted Azurite Capillary from a shared/guild bank doesn't update the quest. You need to "receive" it so that the game will update. I got my adorner alt to mail it. Or buy from broker Receiving the item from the mail updated the quest. Quest will update if it is sitting in your bank or in your bags on your character when you speak to Gogas.
   • obtain 6 Phosphorescent Pearls from deep spawn consorts in Loping Plains. You will find them on the beach on the small wooden platforms and wandering around. Killing one does not guarantee an update and each has 5 min respawn. This is not an actual object; it is a body drop/GROUP quest update.
   • find and kill Kassar the Uncontrollable in the Mistmoore Catacombs.
3. Return to Gogas with the components and 20g and he will craft the weapon for you.
