What does this information mean?

He comes with two large group of adds, which will taunt and therefore cause members of the raid to target them (instead of the MT or MA). The first set of adds can be killed fairly quickly with AE, so if you get taunted, this is not too much of a problem. However, the second group of adds are more problematic; if you kill one of them, Gnorbl receives a powerful heal. This means that nobody in the raid should AoE, use AoE pets or dumbfire pets; the adds will taunt your pets. The taunt can be overcome by having everybody create the following macro:

/target gnorbl

Spamming this macro will keep you on the named. The adds he spawns every 30 seconds (Check Special Attacks for info on them).

As long as you don't kill any of the second group of adds, an average raid can take him down in about a minute.
