2. Collect parts from 6 Clockwork disassemblers
3. Release Geobot IX, the clockwork minion, near the Torn Ear Springs ( -1295, 94, 972 ) /waypoint -1295, 94, 972 or Goldstream Geyser ( -1019, 94, 828 ) /waypoint -1019, 94, 828.
4. Return to Watchman Fleep for your reward.

Clockwork collectors and disassemblers can be found just east of the Minotaurs from the previous quest. They will be around large gears.
