1. Find the dock on Qeynos Shepherd's Isle to the south. ( -49, -37, 1056 ) /waypoint -49, -37, 1056
2. Kill the a dankfur dock warden (or just right click on him if he is sleeping!)

 (Also, I had died and resed near Qeynos. I ran back south along the coast, and at 69, -18, 43 on a rock the shipping info was just sitting there as a scroll.)
