What does this information mean?

1. Go to The Enchanted Lands Dock and buy a Gigglegibber Scavenger Hunt list from Gigglegibber Hunt Master. Examine this list to start the quest.
2. You have 2 hours to complete this step. You need to gather the following:
   • A chicken hoof
   • An octopus shell
   • A centipede tongue
   • A dark elf tail
   • A pig wing
   • A horse egg
   • A cow gill
   • A patch of snail fur
   • A cat shell
   • A fish hand
3. Receive your Band of Gigglegibbery in the mail upon completion of the quest.
